Collection & Delivery

1. Collection

By default, garments are collected at your final fitting at our Johannesburg or Durban studio, so we can make sure everything fits perfectly.

2. Delivery within South Africa

Delivery within South Africa is available on request via insured courier, at the client's cost, quoted separately. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days from the date your garment is ready.

3. International delivery

International delivery is available on request and quoted individually. Any customs duties or import taxes are the client's responsibility.

4. Release of garments

Garments are only released once the full balance has been paid.

5. Insurance and risk

All deliveries are insured and tracked. Risk in the garment passes to you on collection or on delivery to the address you provide.

6. Uncollected garments

Completed garments are stored free of charge for 60 days. After that, a storage fee may apply.
