• Body measurements and fitting notes;
• Event date and occasion details;
• Photos and inspiration images you share;
• Payment records (amounts, dates and references).

3. Why we collect it

To arrange consultations and to design, make, fit and deliver your garments, and to communicate with you about your order.

4. Card payments

Card payments are handled by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.

5. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us fulfil your order, such as our payment provider and courier. We never sell your information.

6. Photos of clients

Photos of you or your garment are only used publicly with your consent.

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including secure, access-controlled systems, to protect your information from loss or unauthorised access.

8. Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for your order and for legal, tax and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise it.
